Lights, Camera, North East!

ACT 2 CAM brings you an annual film project which helps young people explore their confidence, community and creativity through acting and filmmaking.

The Big Film is an exciting new project which helps young people explore and experience local history. This year we will support 100 schools across the North East, helping teachers and pupils craft historical research into exciting films. With professional teacher training, classroom resources and ongoing technical support, we aim to connect schools and enrich young people's learning in a region-wide celebration of local history.
